This is your way to advertise on Google, the worlds largest search engine. Adwords are the adverts on the right hand side of the page after searching on Google. Each adword or advert is made up of a title, a small piece of text and a link.
The link will have a code embedded in it which will credit the adword author IF you buy anything after clicking the link. The author has to pay Google EVERY time someone clicks on his link whether they buy something or not."
